Zeff, Spectrum Galaxy own 8.4% of Concord Camera

Charlotte, N.C., May 27 - Concord Camera Corp. shareholders led by Daniel Zeff and Spectrum Galaxy Fund Ltd. bought 71,665 shares of the company's stock between March 25 and May 14 priced from $3.42 to $3.82 each, raising their stake in the company to 8.4%.

It was previously reported that Zeff and Spectrum Galaxy urged the company to begin an immediate liquidation and/or sale of Concord Camera, with all remaining assets to be distributed to shareholders.

Based in Hollywood, Fla., Concord Camera develops, manufactures and sells single-use and 35 millimeter traditional film cameras.
