Zeff, Spectrum Galaxy increase passive stake in Concord Camera

Philadelphia, Dec. 15 - Shareholder Daniel Zeff and Spectrum Galaxy Fund Ltd. increased their investment to 6.5% in Concord Camera Corp. as of Dec. 12, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

That represents a passive stake of 386,971 shares.

Those holdings are up from the passive stake of 5%, or 297,240 shares, reported on Jan. 28, according to an SC 13G filing.

Based in Hollywood, Fla., Concord Camera develops, manufactures and sells single-use and 35 millimeter traditional film cameras.
