Credit Suisse buys, sells CommVault shares for 6.7% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 14 - Credit Suisse reported beneficial ownership of 2,852,385 shares, or 6.7%, of CommVault Systems, Inc. in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to the filing, Credit Suisse bought and sold shares of CommVault in a series of transactions between Aug. 13 and Oct. 24.

CommVault develops, markets, and sells a unified suite of data management software applications under the Simpana brand. The company is located in Oceanport, N.J.
