Fitch rates Doctors Hospital Project, Ga., notes F1

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an F1 rating to about $92 million of Medical Center Hospital Authority, Ga.'s revenue notes (Doctors Hospital Project), series 2008.

At the same time, Fitch said it affirmed the A underlying rating on the authority's $82.4 million of revenue anticipation certificates (Columbus Regional Healthcare System, Inc. Project), series 1999.

Fitch also said it affirmed the A underlying rating on the $3.8 million Special Care Facilities Financing Authority of Phenix City, Ala.'s revenue bonds (Phenix Healthcare Services, Inc.), series 1999.

The outlook is stable.

Columbus Regional Healthcare System is expecting to redeem the Doctors Hospital notes during the summer of 2008, Fitch said.

The notes are expected to price during the week of Feb. 25.
