Columbia Funds Series Trust A is liquidating, has no assets or debt

Chicago, Sept. 12 - Columbia Funds Series Trust A is liquidating the fund, according to an N-8F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund has no assets and no debt.

Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC was the adviser beginning May 1, 2010. Before that, it was Columbia Management Advisors, LLC, now known as BofA Advisors, LLC.

The Boston-based fund was formerly known as Columbia Funds Series Trust II.
