Columbia Absolute Return Emerging Markets Macro Fund gets new managers

San Diego, April 9 - The Columbia Absolute Return Emerging Markets Macro Fund announced its new portfolio managers, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective April 5, Nicholas Pifer and Jim Carlen are the fund's portfolio managers, replacing Richard House and Agnes Belaisch.

The fund also reported that for investment purposes, emerging market countries are primarily those countries represented in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Emerging Markets Index but may also include other countries not represented in the MSCI World Index.

Boston-based Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC serves as the fund's investment adviser.
