Cloud Capital Strategic Small Cap Fund closes on Tuesday

San Diego, Oct. 25 - The board of trustees of the Valued Advisers Trust said it will close and terminate the Cloud Capital Strategic Small Cap Fund on Oct. 25.

According to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the fund never commenced operations, and there will be no liquidation and distribution of assets. Shares of the fund are no longer available for purchase or exchange.

The fund's adviser was Tulsa, Okla.-based Cloud Capital, LLC.
