Abbot Downing Investment is now adviser to Advisors' Clear River Fund

Minneapolis, Feb. 23 - The Advisors' Inner Circle Fund II announced that the Clear River Fund's investment adviser is now Abbot Downing Investment Advisors, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Abbot replaced Lowry Hill Investment Advisors, Inc., effective Dec. 2.

Abbot Downing is a Wells Fargo business that provides products and services through San Francisco-based Wells Fargo Bank NA and its various affiliates and subsidiaries.
