Fitch affirms CVB Financial

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the BBB long-term issuer default ratings of CVB Financial Corp. and its lead bank subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank.

The outlook remains stable.

The ratings reflect the bank's stable performance through the most recent cycle, solid core earnings and recent improvements in asset quality, Fitch said.

The ratings remain constrained by asset type and geographic concentrations, the agency said.
