Charlotte, N.C., July 24 - Zodiac Aerospace raised a total of €660 million with the private placement in France of a German Schuldschein with three, five and seven-year maturity tranches and a mix of fixed and variable rates.
The oversubscribed offer was initially planned for €200 million and increased to €535 million, according to a company news release.
With the financing, Zodiac completes its current €1.3 million "club deal" and can pursue its strategy of internal and external growth.
Zodiac Aerospace provides aeronautical equipment and systems for commercial, regional and business aircraft, as well as helicopters and spacecraft. The company is based in Plaisir, France.
