Ukraine's XXI Century to capitalize interest due on two note series

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Nov. 12 - XXI Century Investments Public Ltd. said it will capitalize the next interest payment due on its $175 million variable-rate guaranteed secured notes due 2010 and 2014.

The company said it will add the $15,496,827.16 interest amount due Nov. 24 to the par value, bringing the total principal outstanding amount to $222,121,189.34.

The arrangement reflects the new terms and conditions of the notes, originally due on May 24, 2010, following the notes restructuring on July 8, 2009, as previously announced.

XXI Century is a Kiev, Ukraine-based real estate investment, development and property management company.
