New Issue: ABN Amro prices $800,000 18.25% knock-in notes linked to XM Satellite Radio

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 1 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced an $800,000 issue of Knock-In Reverse Exchangeable Securities due May 2, 2008 linked to the common stock of XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The six-month notes pay 9.125% for an annualized rate of 18.25%. Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless XM Satellite Radio stock falls by more than 40% during the life of the notes and the final share price is less than the initial share price, in which case the payout will be a number of XM Satellite Radio shares equal to par divided by the initial share price.
