New York, March 13 – Xefin Lux SCA will redeem its €325 million of senior secured floating-rate notes due 2019 on April 12, according to a notice from the issuer.

Holders will receive par plus accrued interest.

The redemption is conditional on the closing of the acquisition of parent company Xella International SA by LSF10 XL Bidco SCA, a vehicle controlled by Lone Star.

If the conditions are not met but the issuer believes they will be met within at least 30 days but no more than 60 days then the redemption can be postponed by up to 60 days at Xella’s option.

Xella International is a Duisburg, Germany-based building materials manufacturer.
