Waypoint Leasing Holdings marks $63.15 million net loss for February

Pittsburgh, April 9 – Waypoint Leasing Holdings Ltd. posted a $63.15 million net loss for February on $9.36 million in total revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

In comparison, Waypoint posted a $9.45 million net loss for January on $9.6 million in total revenue.

The February net loss included $17.11 million in reorganization items and a $48.79 million loss on the disposal of subsidiaries.

The company had $77.85 million in cash and cash equivalents as of Feb. 28, up from $74.92 million at the end of January.

Limerick, Ireland-based Waypoint is a global helicopter leasing company that provides operating lease and financing solutions to helicopter operators worldwide. The company filed bankruptcy on Nov. 25 under Chapter 11 case number 18-13648.
