New Issue: South Korea’s Woori Bank sells $550 million 4¼% perpetual notes

Los Angeles, Oct. 4 – Woori Bank issued $550 million of 4¼% tier 1 subordinated perpetual notes on Thursday, according to a notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole CIB, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Merrill Lynch International and Woori Global Markets Asia Ltd. are the bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

The bank is based in Seoul, South Korea.
