Taiwan's Wistron gets extension to issue three-year corporate bonds

Madison, Wis., Nov. 1 - Wistron Corp. said that the Financial Supervisory Commission of Taiwan approved a three-month extension to Feb. 1 for the issuance of corporate bonds. Wistron announced in July that it plans to issue up to $550 million of 0% three-year bonds.

The bonds will be issued at par.

This will be the company's second issue of corporate bonds.

Wistron is a Taipei, Taiwan-based original design manufacturer that specializes in information and communication technology products.
