Portland, Ore., Oct. 3 – WIND Hellas Telecommunications SA priced an upsized €525 million issue of five-year senior secured notes (//B) at par to yield 4¼% on Thursday, according to a market source.
The issue size was increased from €500 million.
The yield printed at the tight end of the 4¼% to 4½% yield talk and tight to early guidance in the mid-4% area.
Bookrunner JPMorgan will bill and deliver. Goldman Sachs was also a bookrunner.
The Athens-based mobile telecommunications services provider plans to use the proceeds to refinance €275 million of its 10% senior secured notes due 2021 and fund capital expenditures, including the 5G spectrum buildout.
