William Hill sets roadshow for £350 million seven-year notes offer

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., April 23 – William Hill plc plans to begin a brief roadshow on Wednesday in London city for a £350 million offering of seven-year senior notes (expected ratings Ba1/BB), according to a market source.

The roadshow moves to the London West End on Thursday.

Active bookrunner Barclays will bill and deliver for the Regulation S offering. Lloyds and NatWest are also active bookrunners. Santander and Mediobanca are joint lead managers.

The London-based bookmaking operation plans to use the proceeds to partially refinance £375 million of its 4¼% notes due 2020 and for general corporate purposes.
