Valicor gets credit facility for buyout by Wind Point Partners

New York, June 7 – Valicor obtained a senior secured credit facility to help fund its purchase by Wind Point Partners, according to a news release.

Antares Capital acted as the joint lead arranger on the deal and is the administrative agent.

Valicor is a Middletown, Ohio-based provider of non-hazardous wastewater treatment services.
