S&P: Visteon view to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Visteon Corp. to positive from stable.

At the same time, the agency affirmed its ratings on the company, including the B+ corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects our view that Visteon is moving toward improved transparency of its balance sheet structure, a focused product portfolio, strong market position, and a potentially less aggressive financial policy," S&P credit analyst Nancy Messer said in a news release.
