New York, Oct. 5 - The Virginia Housing Development Authority brought $70 million in series 2010B homeownership mortgage bonds on Tuesday, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa1/AA+/) were sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC with BB&T Capital Markets, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Davenport & Co. LLC, Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. and Raymond James & Associates Inc. as the co-managers.
The bonds are due 2011 to 2022 with coupons from 0.4% to 3.625%, all priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to make mortgage loans.
