New York, Dec. 29 - Victoria Oil & Gas plc said it has concluded a private placement for £13,139,149.
The company issued 16,845,063 shares at 78p each to institutional and other investors.
According to a statement from Victoria, the offering was two and a half times oversubscribed.
Separately, the company allotted 197,333 shares each to employees as part of an employee share compensation program.
Based in London, Victoria is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
