New Issue: Veri-Tek International raises $11.1 million from unit sale

New York, Nov. 6 - Veri-Tek International, Corp. sealed a private placement for $11,099,997.

The company issued 2,740,740 units at $4.05 each to Sunrise Equity Partners, LP; Barrington Investors, LP; Barrington Partners, A California LP; Diamond Opportunity Fund, LLC; Lake Street Fund, LP; The Mitchell W. Howard Trust; JLF Offshore Fund, Ltd.; JLF Partners I, LP; JLF Partners II, LP; and the Pinnacle Fund, LP.

The units are comprised of one share, one series A warrant for one-fifth of a share and one series B warrant for one-fifth of a share.

The whole series A warrants are exercisable at $4.05 each through Nov. 3, 2011. The full series B warrants are exercisable at $4.25 each through Nov. 3, 2011.

Based in Wixom, Mich., Veri-Tek develops equipment to identify defects and production problems in automotive equipment.
