Venezuela plans to issue up to $3 billion of notes as early as August

Atlanta, July 18 - Venezuela is mulling an issue of notes that could total as much as $3 billion, a market source said.

The notes could come to the market as soon as the first week of August.

No other details were immediately available on Monday.
