U.S. Shipping to launch term loan B repricing on Thursday

New York, July 15 – U.S. Shipping Corp. will hold a call on Thursday to launch a repricing of its term loan B, according to a market source.

UBS AG is the lead bank on the deal.

U.S. Shipping is an Edison, N.J.-based provider of long-haul marine transportation services.
