New Issue: US Bancorp prices $500 million 2.875% five-year notes at Treasuries plus 80 bps

New York, Nov. 17 - US Bancorp priced $500 million of 2.875% five-year notes on Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 80 basis points, a source away from the sale said.

The notes (Aa3/A+/) priced at 99.529. Full terms were not available at press time.

Bookrunners were Barclays Capital Inc. and UBS Securities.

The financial services company is based in Minneapolis.
