New Issue: U.S. Bank prices $334.5 million two-year floaters at Libor plus 400 bps

Omaha, June 2 - U.S. Bancorp priced $334.5 million two-year floating-rate notes with a coupon of three-month Libor plus 400 basis points, according to a 424B2 Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The subordinated medium-term notes priced at 99.941.

The financial services company is based in Minneapolis.
