UPC Broadband Holding upsizes term loan Q by €35 million

New York, Nov. 24 - UPC Broadband Holding BV increased its term loan Q by €35 million, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The term loan Q upsizing was done on Nov. 23.

The term loan Q add-on is priced at Euribor plus 275 basis points.

UPC is a subsidiary of Englewood, Colo.-based Liberty Global, which provides video, voice and broadband internet services.
