Fitch affirms Universal Health Services

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the following ratings for Universal Health Services, Inc.: issuer default rating at BBB, senior unsecured notes at BBB and unsecured bank facility at BBB.

The outlook is stable.

The agency noted that Universal Health Services's ratings are supported by the company's operational strength, industry-leading credit metrics and diversified business model offset by a challenging industry environment and the potential for increased leverage.
