Universal Health redeems outstanding $700 million 4¾% notes

New York, Sept. 30 – Universal Health Services, Inc. redeemed all $700 million outstanding of its 4¾% senior secured notes due 2022 at par, plus interest, on Sept. 28, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

MUFG Union Bank, NA is trustee and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA is collateral agent.

Universal Health is a King of Prussia, Pa.-based health care management company.
