Moody's: Univar view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Univar Inc.'s ratings to negative and affirmed the B2 corporate family rating and term loan ratings.

Moody's said the change in outlook reflects further weakness in its operating performance, which will prevent credit metrics from returning to levels that fully support the B2 corporate family rating in the near-term.
