Israel’s Unitronics eyes public offering of series 5 debentures

Madison, Wis., Aug. 20 – Unitronics (1989) (R.G.) Ltd. said it is considering a public offering of series 5 debentures.

Pricing terms and timing of the offering have yet to be determined, according to a company announcement.

Unitronics makes programmable logic controllers used to automate mass production lines. The company is based in Airport City, Israel.
