S&P gives AA- to United Overseas Bank notes

S&P said it assigned its AA- long-term issue rating to senior unsecured notes that the Sydney branch of United Overseas Bank Ltd. (AA-/stable/A-1+) will issue as part of the bank's existing US$15 billion global medium-term notes program.

The notes shall at all times rank equally with all other unsecured obligations of the bank.
