Steel Partners' stake in Unisys dips below 5%

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 13 - A group of Unisys Corp. investors led by Steel Partners II, LP reduced their ownership interest to 4.9% from 5.5% with the sale of 2.02 million shares of the company's stock.

The shares were sold on Nov. 7 and Nov. 10 at prices from $0.7565 to $1.0535 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In a prior SEC filing, Steel Partners reported the sale of 4.83 million shares between Oct. 14 and Nov. 5 at prices from $1.30 to $1.6348 each.

Steel Partners beneficially owns 17,929,847 shares of the Blue Bell, Pa., technology services company.
