Offering will finance working capital and general corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 18 - Uni-Pixel, Inc. said it priced a $38.24 million public offering of stock with a $5.74 million greenshoe. The deal was announced Wednesday.
The company will sell 1,195,000 common shares at $32.00 apiece. The price per share is a 15.94% discount to the April 17 closing share price of $38.07.
Cowen & Co. and Craig-Hallum Capital Group are the joint bookrunning managers.
Settlement is expected April 23.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Based in the Woodlands, Texas, UniPixel produces technology for flat-panel displays.
