Hospital Authority of Vigo County, Ind., to price $54.52 million revenue bonds for Union Hospital

New York, Dec. 3 - The Hospital Authority of Vigo County in Indiana is expected to price $54.52 million of series 2011 hospital revenue bonds for Union Hospital Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with Raymond James & Associates Inc. as the underwriter.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to renovate and expand the hospital's West Building and refund existing debt.

Based in Terre Haute, Ind., the authority provides financing for hospital construction and other health care-related facilities. The hospital is based in Terre Haute.
