School District No. 457, Kan., to sell $89.93 million G.O.s Monday

New York, May 28 - The Unified School District No. 457 of Finney County, Kan., is set to price $89.93 million in series 2009 general obligation refunding and improvement bonds (/A+/), including Build America Bonds, on Monday, according to an offering calendar.

The sale includes $19.08 million in series 2009-A G.O. refunding and improvement bonds and $70.85 million in series 2009B taxable Build America Bonds.

The 2009A bonds are due 2011 to 2022, and the BABs are due 2022 to 2034.

Piper Jaffray & Co. is the senior manager.

Proceeds will be used to construct, improve, equip and renovate school facilities.
