Chicago, May 26 – UniCredit SpA sold $2 billion of notes in two tranches on Wednesday, based on the report of a market source.
Each tranche was $1 billion.
The issuer sold 1.982% notes due June 3, 2027 at a spread of Treasuries plus 120 basis points, lower than talk in the Treasuries plus 145 bps area.
Also sold were $1 billion of 3.127% notes due June 3, 2032 with a spread of Treasuries plus 155 bps, low to the 180 bps area spread talk.
BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley, TD Securities and UniCredit Capital Markets were the bookrunners.
