Unicorp gets $10 million equity line from Cornell

New York, Aug. 12 - Unicorp Inc. has received a $10 million standby equity distribution agreement from Cornell Capital Partners LP.

Under the terms of the two-year agreement, Cornell will buy shares of Unicorp. The pricing of the equity line could not be determined Friday.

Based in Houston, Unicorp is an oil and natural gas exploration, acquisition, development and production company.

The company's stock closed up $0.05 to close at $0.95 Friday.
