New Issue: Massachusetts HEFA brings $59.97 million in revenue bonds for UMass Memorial Medical

New York, May 20 - The Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority priced $59.97 million in series 2010G revenue bonds for UMass Memorial Medical Center Inc., said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Baa1/BBB+/) were sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2022 with coupons from 3% to 5%.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt.

The Boston-based authority provides financing for health-care systems and educational entities. The medical center is located in Worcester, Mass.
