Atlanta, May 15 - The State Administration of Railways Transport of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznytsia) priced $500 million five-year notes (expected ratings: /B/B-) at par to yield 9½%, a market source said.
Price talk was set at 9 3/8% to 9½%.
Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Sberbank were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The notes include a change-of-control put at 101%.
Ukrzaliznytsia is a Kiev-based rail transport agency.
