New Issue: Ukraine prices $1.5 billion notes due 2021 at par to yield 7.95%

Atlanta, Feb. 17 - Ukraine sold $1.5 billion senior notes due Feb. 23, 2021 (B2/B+/B) at par to yield 7.95%, or Treasuries plus 362.5 basis points, a market source said.

The deal priced in line with talk, which was set at the 8% area.

JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and VTB Capital were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
