Knoxville, Tenn., July 24 - Ucore Uranium Inc. said it completed a C$3.7 million non-brokered private placement of units. The deal priced for C$3 million on July 3.
The company sold 18.5 million units at C$0.20 each. The units consist of one common share and one half-share warrant with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.30 for two years.
Proceeds will be used to carry out exploration on the company's properties and for general working capital.
Ucore is a uranium exploration company based in Halifax, N.S.
