Columbus, Ohio, April 10 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $3.12 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 14, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 90% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 12.23%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
UBS Investment Bank is the underwriter.
