New Issue: UBS prices $5.37 million leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., April 9 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.37 million of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due April 8, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,268.65 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
