New Issue: UBS sells $5.17 capped leveraged buffered notes on iShares EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., April 4 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.17 million of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due April 7, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any ETF gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,270 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
