UBS lifts amount of callable step-up notes due 2023 to $20 million

Olympia, Wash., March 22 – UBS AG, London Branch updated the amount of its recently priced callable step-up notes due March 22, 2023 to $20 million, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amount was $15,008,000 previously.

The interest rate per year is still 3% initially, stepping up to 3.25% on Sept. 22, 2020 and to 4.25% on Sept. 22, 2022. Interest is payable semiannually.

The notes are callable at par quarterly beginning Sept. 22.

The payout at maturity will be par.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
