UBS plans 10-year call warrants linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, July 24 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price call warrants expiring July 26, 2024 linked the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notional amount will be at least $52,631.58 per warrant, with the exact amount to be set at pricing. The initial investment will be $10,000 per warrant, or 19% of the notional amount.

The warrants will be exercised on the expiration date if the index finishes above its initial level. The cash settlement amount will be the greater of the notional amount multiplied by the index return and zero.

UBS Financial Services, Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.

The warrants will price on July 25 and settle on July 30.

The Cusip number is 90273E563.
