New Issue: UBS prices $3.82 million buffered participation allocation securities on basket
Chicago, March 12 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $3.82 million of 0% buffered participation allocation securities due March 10, 2026 linked to a basket containing the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
On the March 5 valuation date near the maturity date, the allocations will be determined with the best performing basket weighted 45%, the second-best performing index weighted 35% and the worst performing weighted 20%.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, capped at 20%.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
UBS Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management structured the notes and will be distributing the notes.
