New Issue: UBS sells $3.32 million capped leveraged buffered notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., March 30 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $3.32 million of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due March 27, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 25.245%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
UBS Securities LLC is the agent. Simon Markets LLC is acting as dealer.
